What will this blog be about? Probably my adventures in the kitchen, rants about our culture's attitudes about food, patting myself on my own back for cooking from scratch more, and a lot of "LOOK WHAT I DID!"
I know that no one cares what I had for lunch, but some of my friends claim to care. So that's all that matters. Oh, and I care.

Reading your writing on what you are passionate about is always fun. You've been extra into food lately and I look forward to your insights. Just because there's lots of food blogs out there doesn't mean yours won't be unique and fascinating. There's only one Jess-i-bites! :)

ReplyDeleteIt's more of an outlet so I don't overwhelm facebook and google chat with tales from my kitchen.
But thank you for your encouragement! I've been thinking about this for a while and without you telling me to, I might not have taken the plunge!
